We recently changed providers from Aus unity for our blind mother as we found them nothing but predatory, incompetent and overly expensive. Time and time again we were shocked by just how poor the service was, and now we have moved to another provider we are much, much happier with the level of service, which comes at a lower cost. Office Never open at anytime to speak to anyone. Not going out to see what's needed regularly as the client declines with age/ mobility, even if we ring for appointments/ unable to contact Care Manager.
Kate from Inverell Australian Unity is nothing but rude and unprofessional. She is hard to get in contact with and never returns calls.
