It took a while to form a healthy relationship with Australian Unity …mainly because of the change over of coordinators ..the first coordinator I feel was really not concerned about the welfare of her clients .she left her position thank god ….. and she was replaced by a very present and caring new coordinator who has been amazing ……we have been with them for over a year now and I have absolutely nothing negative to say …I’m a full time career for my mother with a rare disease and Australian unity have been above and beyond ... read more
Must be the culture right through the organisation. Every one of those issues raised in the poor ratings are my experience with their Eastern Suburbs office.
It's unbelievable with this company I have been trying to call, them and i left Messages they always have Excuse always either that team member sick , Anu leave or with other clients.
THE worse Service provider- They refuse to provide the services on the plan. Very poor non supportive Management teams. Only 1 Employee worth keeping, the rest "there is much to be said" You tell them not to send that person and they still send them because they can not get staff to work for them. Keep your love ones away from this Company
This is the worst Home Care Service Provider in Campbelltown NSW as they neglect the elderlys needs and abuse their family members/carers Worst experience ever as they refuse to provide goods and services due to their dysfunctional outdated primitive systems and poor non supportive management teams
