Pam picked me up for Lismore specialist appt on 11.5.26. A delightful lady assisted me with my portable oxygen in and out of her car. She then stayed with me on the ramp up as my breathing wasnt the best. She was courteous, reassuring, good driver and very pleasant. Thank you Pam and AU. Karen.
Staff come to clean my mother's home but did a half hearted job never dusting, leaving debris on floors and in corners and just haphazardly vacuumed around things. Mirrors were usually left smeared and most weeks the showers were not cleaned. If staff were asked to iron they would iron 3 items and spend most of the time talking. Staff were abusive toward my mother on two occasions and always wait until they think the elderly person is alone and then go back to the office telling lies to cover their bullying and abusive behav... read more
