Staff come to clean my mother's home but did a half hearted job never dusting, leaving debris on floors and in corners and just haphazardly vacuumed around things. Mirrors were usually left smeared and most weeks the showers were not cleaned. If staff were asked to iron they would iron 3 items and spend most of the time talking.
