I'm so glad I came across Australian Sleep Diagnostics. I've been under the care of Dr Mina Shehata. He is so lovely & explains things well. After each explanation, he asks me if I have any questions. After I had a home sleep study done, I was diagnosed with sleep apnoea. Dr Mina told me about & explained all possible treatment options. I opted for the use of a c pap machine & he suggested I hire a machine for 4 weeks & come back with my machine so he can read my results. if i could give them a minus i would , serioously dont waste ur time and money , Dr Mina Shehata is the worst doesnt stick by his words , making false allegations and then if you try and find him he goes on holidays for months , trust me he will keep you out of work for months and months
Was booked for a sleep study and due to the lack of information around parking and entering the building i was unable to take part due to anxiety. The staff were of no help and did not care to make sure I was alright. I find the incompetence of the practice the cause of my anxiety. Having now been slugged $250, I am now VERY reluctant to use this place.
Don't waste your money. They will happily get you in for a first appointment quickly. Now I have a 4 month wait to get my results and my machine setting set to my needs. I have sleep apnea and when asked if they can just set my machine to my settings I was told, no I need to wait for my appointment. Now I'm stuck with no machine, hundreds of dollars out of pocket and a place that I don't think understands the health risk that come from un treated sleep apnea. So great on first initially appointment but poor in follow up.
