Very bad service, always calling head office to follow up about what I availed in hornsby then lady named Judy said she will help me to check which clinic I should go been waiting so long and no answer, so I rang again today and I was spoken to Sky and told can someone ring me so that I can have an appointment still no one rings me, very disgusting service.
I'm REALLY happy with the injectables treatment I had recently with Kirsten. I could see results after about 3 days and it's still going strong now. She informed me of the risks etc very thoroughly. The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Thanks!
They grab your money and run. I pre paid 4 treatments and had 2. I got a confirmation text 2 days ago to confirm tonight’s appointment to which I replied in the affirmative. Got to the clinic and it was closed with a note stuck to the door saying that the clinic was closed until further notice. They have my phone number but didn’t bother to call me to say not to come tonight. Very unprofessional and discourteous. Beware pre paying for treatments because you never know when they’ll pack up and leave!
UPDATE: I was asked to send a mail by the owner as response to my review. I did send a mail on the email id provided but have not recieved any response to my feedback. It seems this clinic just does not care about customer experience. Feedback: Really disappointed with this clinic. The staff is very rude and full of lies. Wow! Can’t believe how great my skin feels, the therapist I had was Kathleen who recommended skin needling. I am so impressed with Kathleen who explained every step to me during the process her friendliness and professionalism was excellent. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness and general atmosphere.
