The reception staff at this clinic never seem to know what time your appointment actually is. Even when they handwrite your appointment time on a card, you can still arrive on time only to be told there’s no booking in their system. Or you book an appointment for 1pm, then receive two emails saying you’re booked for both 1pm and 7pm.
