Very disappointing. I was 8min late for my appointment. Waited for the girl behind the counter to finish talking with a client. Then was told sorry you’re over 10min late for your appointment. The amount of times I am waiting over 15min for my appointment and the one time I needed to be accommodated i was not, yet it’s acceptable for me to wait around for them when they are behind. Poor Form
Nahid is the best! She is always so thorough and does a great job every time. I have seen such a significant difference since coming here compared to other laser chains.
I had a lovely time at Australian Skin Clinics Doncaster with Jess. She was so accommodating and friendly, and the new equipment made the whole treatment so much faster. Highly recommend!
I visited the clinic for the first time to learn more about your laser services, however the experience wasn’t very welcoming. I felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a potential client, and had to keep prompting for information rather than being guided through the process.
