My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 AM, and I arrived on time. However, I was left waiting for 20 minutes without any notification or explanation. After that, when I was finally taken into the treatment room—where I waited another 5 minutes fully prepared for the session—I was then informed that the laser technician was not properly trained and therefore unable to perform my treatment. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but after visiting several skin clinics across QLD, I have to say the Bulimba team has been the best by far. I couldn’t recommend them more—especially Carly, whose kindness, expertise, and honest advice about laser treatments are truly reassuring and make you leave the clinic happy and satisfied ! Thank you.
Really enjoyed my experience with the lovely staff.
