The people at this clinic are rude, they don't do the procedure correctly (because I have patches of hair all over my body). My appointment has been cancelled twice, with the excuse that I arrived 2 or 3 minutes late, or alternatively, they tell me that they cannot cover all areas. And finally, when I booked the next session, they didn't offer me any alternative times, the person just told me, "It's this day at this time," and didn't let me discuss changing the date. Very disappointed with the service at this branch. I was told I needed to pay for the treatment because my package was purchased from another branch. If this is your policy, it should be clearly communicated during the online booking process. Unfortunately, this experience made me uncomfortable and I won’t be returning to this branch again.
Had my lips done and volume dissolving with Zoe! Can’t recommend enough, she’s so lovely. Took the time to explain everything super well, really took time to make me comfortable.
It was an incredibly absurd and rude experience. My appointment was for 9:10 AM, but on the day of the reservation, just 30 minutes beforehand, the staff suddenly changed it to 10:00 AM, claiming they were sick. I had already left, though. I texted them asking how they could change it so suddenly and explaining that I had already departed, but I received no reply.
