Dr Reddy and team were amazing. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and accommodating without any fuss, the nurses experience was comforting. Dr Reddy was by far one of the best medical professionals I have come across. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you team.
I arrived for an appointment for a skin check on Tueaday, 5 March,2024 at the Australian Skin Cancer Clinic in Shellharbour. I was on time for my appointment, but there was a delay checking me in as the one receptionist was dealing with a patient who needed ongoing appointments and also his payment for todays services. My 97 year old father has developed a nasty black mole suddenly. I just spent 45 minutes on hold trying to make an appointment and being assured that my call would be taken shortly. It's Dec 29 but the web site says open. So I drove to the clinic to find doors locked!
Good luck getting through to book an appointment! 25 minutes on hold, no answer & now the practice is closed. Will take my business elsewhere.
Dr Khan has a great bed side matter. Highly recommended
