Dr Nick Ling was rude, very uncaring for a dr. I was over 1/2 hr early for my appt, checked in & seated. 1/2 hr after the appt time i heard my name called. I heard him say to the receptionist, "finally here". I booked for a full body check & a biopsy on a possible cancer, but he said "no not enough time". When I pointed out that I was there early, he said " i called your name 3 times". I said i obviously didn't hear him & his response was "you probably should get that checked". I booked a double appointment for myself and my elderly mother for a skin check with Nick Ling. There was a slight delay to get into his office and when we did he was abrupt, rude and condescending. I was told that if I wanted to be treated better then i should be on time. The 'skin check' was cursory, and only my face, until I mentioned a spot on my back. It was looked at and nothing else. Not going back rude from the time I got there
Absolutely terrible. Given the fact I’m prone to skin cancer I’m very aware of the procedure taken when I attend my 4 month visits. I was a new patient at this practice. The doctor Nick Ling saw me. He asked no previous history and I tried to explain and he totally ignored me. Said get to your jocks and he literally spent 60 seconds for an entire skin check.
