Always very professional and the Dr’s spend time to fully examine our skin with a ‘better to be safe than sorry’ attitude. We have been coming here for over 10 yrs and will continue as we are very happy with the service.
Booked online for an annual skin check. Friendly staff, appointment was on time and Dr Neel was excellent, but a bit pricey $160 (minus rebate)
Quick and easy appointment
I booked in advance and waited more than a week for my appointment , took the time to drive 20mins to the clinic, ensured I arrived 10mins early to not impose on their time, came time for my appointment waited almost 30mins and it still no sign of myself being called. so a total 35-40mins had passed from time of check in, they didn’t say doctor was running late, no one came up to me, I then unfortunately ran out of time and had to leave for my next appointment otherwise I’d be late.
