Even though i was only chasing up a couple of brackets for my gutter that the manufacturer no longer makes, the guys, even though they did not have any, they went out of their way to source them for me and got me out of a massive jam. No that's customer service folks!
We were quoted and told the work would be conducted in the next couple of weeks. FIVE weeks later and the job was finally completed only because we had to continually follow this company up. In the end, Justin attended and did a great job.

I prefer the name Big Apple Roofing! Rob was good to deal with, pretty responsive and gave a fair price. I had Grant the tiler & Justin the plumber perform the works, both were professional and very helpful. Grant does great pointing and Justin went beyond to help me solve a leaking chimney. As long as their work guarantee hold up (10 years), I'm happy. Works: repointing of ridge caps, valley and soaker replacement, tile repairs.
