This Red Cross department hires wheelchairs and many other modes for helping with mobility. The staff are just so helpful and very caring and kind. A person was there to help putting it into my car, and on returning the wheelchair, someone came straight out to my car to help. A very happy environment.

Had the worst experience with this place because of this one lady who treated me like i was beneath her, i came back to return the old disintegrated wheelchair and she told me i have to pay to fix it, yet it was already crumbling when i went to use it. Only got to use the wheelchair once and couldn’t use it again, i had no other way of transport while i was disabled and unable to walk. If you want to hire disability support equipment, this is your place to get it from. They hire and sell everything you could need. From wheelchairs to walking frames. They also have handmade crafts for sale in the opp shop. Friendly staff.
