i hope no one becomes a part of this strata. they are all rude and hopeless
Unfortunately to 'post' one must mark at least one star. Worst Strata Agents in the country. M Pobi gave them a positive review. Pobi Lawyers receive monies from APM. Had close to 20 years forced experience - distressing in the extreme. Save yourself years and years and years of grief and abuse and never, ever touch this mob. Don't understand how they are permitted to hold any sort of license to operate.
We have been trying to fix a problem at home, we have been talking to Fran since December last year!. She has not come with a solution, does not return calls, nor email. Tried to speed things up by talking to Christine(Director) she is not a bit better. They just act like scammers, wich I seriously believe they are. Please stay away from them. Don't think they will fix or do anything, so I guess we will have to try to get rid of them.
If anyone is looking for professional, outstanding property strata management - RUN RUN RUN away from APM! They are by far the WORST organisation I've had the misfortune of dealing with. They NEVER respond to phone calls or emails, they are incompetent and unprofessional at every level. Its a real pity google wont allow you to give less than one star! Be warned!
Only writing this poor review due to lack of responses, a simple one line email response such as "will come back to you" but very frustrating to pay for a service that doesnt exist. fingers crossed this review provides an actions to some outstanding requests.
