One of the worst property management companies I’ve ever dealt with. AUSPM makes mistakes constantly, and I’ve had to deal with the consequences every single time. Despite having written confirmation from their team that my bills were paid in full, they still charged me accrued interest. Something changed definitely i’m a tenant in 639 lonsdale street and Iwan is extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, even Svetlana was better… lucky we have that lady with the spanish accent working there, she’s extremely helpful and polite. 5 stars only for her.
