I've been trying to reach your company several times regarding OC fees. The phone is never attended to. Can you please contact me.
Customer service at APM is extremely poor as the phone is never attended to, and voice-mails left are never responded back.
Updated 2026 beaware that the OC manager Tim, my email regarding OC matters and building issues have been ignored for several months despite many follow up. they are a very unprofessional company. Do not hire them. Updated: 26 Aug 2020, these matters have been looked after. It has been back and forth about 2 years. I decided not to give 1 star. If it was treated seriously from the beginning or earlier, I would consider to give better score. Updated: 25 May 2020, have sent a formal complaint letter, but as usual, no response.... read more
