Updated 2026 beaware that the OC manager Tim, my email regarding OC matters and building issues have been ignored for several months despite many follow up. they are a very unprofessional company. Do not hire them. Updated: 26 Aug 2020, these matters have been looked after. It has been back and forth about 2 years. I decided not to give 1 star. seem to ghost their clients when trying to ring or email regarding problems facing the property even though your paying good money to them. Seem very slack in their other duties as well. Feels more like a scam than a proper business. Also heard that they are in and out of court against their property owner clients. Buyer beware!
