I LODGED A COMPLAINT AGAINST A MEMBER OF THIS INSTITUTE IN AUGUST 2024 AND DESPITE NUMEROUS CONTACT SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE REGARDING MY COMPLAINT.
Worst service. They never answer the phone. It takes as week for them to respond to an email (if it even gets responded to). If by any chance someone does answer the phone they sound like they are answering the phone from their bed. Not sure if this is a backyard organisation or a national body for Australian property industry.
I joined API to complete an online training course. I have since contacted them multiple times by email and phone due to issues with some course modules and there is no response. Can't get hold of anyone. I am now receiving automatic emails to renew my memberships when previous emails from three months ago are still not responded to.
The sound like pros API certified are lack of professionalism. API values peoples house too low!! API is putting borrowers in a dangrouse and awkward position when applying for a home loan. Stay away from this dodgy disappointing company. Dont use this valuation company if you want a higher fhance to secure your home loan.
