Had my pool resurfaced a couple of years ago, workmanship was poor as admitted by the company itself after coming to inspect the pool few months after work was completed ( We kept getting cuts in our feet due to sharp spikes left from the bad finish of the final coat.) I have contacted Australian Pool Resurfacing numerous times since October 2023 and get a range of excuses as to why they did not arrive to undertake repairs. They don't even contact you to say why they have not arrived. On other occasions when you text the director no response is received. Just totally ignore you. Due to the lack of action on their behalf the cracks have now extended to an extent that I fear it has now totally failed and will have to be demolished. Avoid at all costs, missed areas of paint, this was admitted by the owner and have now been waiting a year for them to correct it. Will be lodging with consumer affairs.
We highly recommend using Australian Pool Resurfacing. We had our fibreglass pool resurfaced and our experience was fantastic. They have restored our pool which now looks amazing. They are a very professional, reliable company and absolutely know what they are doing. You will not be disappointed with this company.
