When I contacted the installer, I was initially told they knew nothing about them, despite having installed it. When I complained to the proprietor, he came out to inspect it and said it was working. Dave installed a 13.8kw Madimack Elite V3 for our pool. Price was very competitive, and availability from quote to install was very prompt. Pool is nice and warm now. Definitely recommend.
