Absolutely impressed with the service I received from Australian Marine Sales! The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed for my vessel. Their product range is extensive — I upgraded my air conditioning and thruster system and couldn’t be happier. Great communication and so easy to work with. I’ll definitely be recommending them to fellow boating friends.
Do not use this company, they are hard to deal with, take much longer than expected to produce and install then don’t back up their product with warranty. We have a faulty letter that has a production fault and we are waiting on a replacement but cannot get an answer on when it will be ready. You can’t call them to get an answer, they just ghost you. Worse company I’ve ever had to deal with.
