Wade Pidduck I’m Very disappointing. I purchased an illuminated Boat name which has been faulty from nearly the start. You Tried fixing them They still don’t work and have had no reply after many emails. I should’ve read previous posts. Do not use these people. Wade Pidduck He has ignored there problem. I will never recommend or use these people again beware of using. them
No after sales service. I purchased a multi coloured LED sign for our boat and also had it installed by their electricians. After 6 Months the sign lost the blue backlight. I tried numerous times to have the sign repaired under warranty. I was passed from sales to service, with no solution offered and calls/text left unanswered. I gave up trying and have now been quoted more than the sign to have it fixed. I would never entertain using this business again.
