I have lost almost a $1000 in prepaid treatments only just realising on my own accord that they have shut down. No communication, no reimbursement. I really trusted Dee and had such positive experiences prior. Beyond disappointed.
I have also prepaid for laser hair removal treatments and only discovered today through these reviews that the clinic is closed. Does anyone know who we can contact to seek a refund, or at least transfer credit to another clinic? My purchases aren’t showing on my online account. Very frustrating!
