AVOID AUSTRALIAN LASER AND SKIN CLINCS!!! SCAMMERS the mornington branch went into administration without notifying any of their clients. therefore people who spent hundreds even thousands of dollars on prepaid packages all lost their money and because each location is privately owned the treatments can’t be transferred to another location which is ridiculous. communication non existent from australian laser and skin clincs to resolve the matter. just avoid this scam artist business all together and go to a real company. wou... read more
I have also paid 3 packages in advance and have not received a call when they will reopen. They just said they will be under new management. It's been 3 weeks no news yet!
Prepaid for a service and was not told the Mornington location was closing down. No call no email, nothing. I followed up numerous times, no response. I fear I will never see my money again. How people can do this is beyond me.
