I have lost almost a $1000 in prepaid treatments only just realising on my own accord that they have shut down. No communication, no reimbursement. I really trusted Dee and had such positive experiences prior. Beyond disappointed.

I have also prepaid for laser hair removal treatments and only discovered today through these reviews that the clinic is closed. Does anyone know who we can contact to seek a refund, or at least transfer credit to another clinic? My purchases aren’t showing on my online account. Very frustrating!

I believe the Australian Laser & Skin Clinic the Mornington branch, would deliberately underpower their laser hair removal machines, leading to reduced effectiveness and often requiring more treatment sessions to achieve the desired results. This issue was noticed repeatedly, and when it was pointed out, they always had an excuse you wouldn’t even feel a zap. It was a real scam.
