Hopeless. Seeking a part. Weeks between emails. Each email was vague. Eventually they stopped replying entirely.
Bought my Apricus all in one heat pump hot water system through Australian Hydronics. Gary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable over the phone as I discussed my impending solar PV system being installed. Gary also helped me arrange an installer as it became an emergency job. Very happy with the service I received from Australian Hydronics and i highly recommend using them.
