Overnight my ageing hot water service thermostat failed. There was no hot water in the morning. I called Australian Hot Water at 8:00am that morning. By lunchtime they had replaced the thermostat and I had hot water again. The technician was very thorough and considerate. Great service from Australian Hot Water.
Quick and easy to arrange a technician, with a $160 call out fee, on the higher end but we we ok with it. The issue was a switch that had been turned off. We then had an additional $120 labour charge just to turn it back on. Efficient service, but the pricing for a basic task was disappointing.
Really straight forward and easy transaction. No hassle or run around at all. Price was better than what I was expecting and quite fair. Prompt service.
