Could not be any happier with AHW. From first contact with Daniel to the installers Pat and (sorry mate forgot your offsiders name)arriving on time and being most efficient and professional. Highly recommend this professional outfit. Another bonus was they also came the same day I called and enquired and saved me a good lot of money compared to other companies quotes so give them a go.

I payed for a small part from Sydney to Canberra, over a week later I am still being given the cold shoulder when it comes to delivery/arrival time. I have demanded a refund and I still have no hot water. Not happy at all with this company.

Graham from the Fyshwick ACT store came to our home to provide a quote. He was very friendly and professional and answered all our questions. Being happy with the price we booked the installation. Tom and his off sider came to install the system on time. Tom the plumber was great. Very friendly, professional and efficient. He did a great job. Thanks to the whole Australian Hot Water team. Great experience.
