I had an unpleasant experience with a plumbing company yesterday. I was advised that I needed a new hot water service. He did the evaluation at $461 even though I advised that this had been done last Friday. After completing the evaluation listed quote he said I needed a new service. Cost $4700. Shown on an Ipad.
