Had a heatpump hotwater system installed today, very happy with the old school service and eye for detail. Quick turnaround time from phone call to installation
Replaced my old hot water heater with a heat pump. The new tank went under my deck (old one was under the house). Everything went smoothly. They turned up on time, did a very neat install, and cleaned up afterwards. Very easy to deal with. Note they don't do the electrics so organised a local electrician for the same day. The unit has an build in timer that I set for the middle of the day when I have spare solar. It runs at about 1kw for 1.5hours. Very happy with it.
This is my second experience with Australian hot water Macarthur, on time, cleans up, very helpful. Nothing is a problem . Easy to talk to about products.
My gas water heater stopped working unexpectedly, I contacted these guys, they answered the phone really fast and were able to come out within a few hours to replace the broken system. The system has 12 years warranty on the heater which is much better than the previous one of 3 years.
Brilliant Service, very helpful. Highly recommend!
