Removed old wall aircon unit and left a hole in the wall, did not repair when I asked. Also did not remove old heating unit from the roof.

Highly recommend Steve and his subcontractors. Our ducted gas heat failed recently. When Steve became aware of the fault (the main duct that bifurcates to the outlet ducts), he responded that afternoon by visiting and confirming the cause (by getting under the house and removing the duct to see inside it). He undertook to organise the replacement of the duct the following day (Tue 1st July 2025). Booked and installed the 3 phase replacement ducted reverse cycle system before the 3 phase power was installed. So there was no heating or cooling for a week. And their electrician assured me two days before the install that all was OK
