NOT recommend Australian Heating & Cooling. I asked them to repair my evaporative cooler. After the initial inspection, they returned about 1.5 months later with the parts, but the wrong part had been ordered. I then had to wait another 1.5 months for the correct parts and repair. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was charged three separate call out fees. One for inspection, one when they attended with wrong part, and one for final repair. Removed old wall aircon unit and left a hole in the wall, did not repair when I asked. Also did not remove old heating unit from the roof.

Highly recommend Steve and his subcontractors. Our ducted gas heat failed recently. When Steve became aware of the fault (the main duct that bifurcates to the outlet ducts), he responded that afternoon by visiting and confirming the cause (by getting under the house and removing the duct to see inside it). He undertook to organise the replacement of the duct the following day (Tue 1st July 2025).
