I have lost trust in this company. We agreed to install a heat pump, the cost to us was $273.00. The day before installation I was told that the Government had reduced the rebate therefore it would now cost me a total of $800.00. I rang Solar Victoria and discovered that there had not been a reduction in rebate, so I cancelled the installation. There needs to be ethical practice in companies that operate with renewable products and Government rebates.

they ask for payment on the of day installation in which i paid that night of completion they were texting me 6-30 am the next day asking for payment then rang me later on that day asking again i told them i had paid , then they ask me for proof i sent them bank statement of payment texted me back asking me for more proof i provided more proof Made me feel like i was lying tried to tell them it can take 24 hrs to come thru . Disgusting follow up serve

I wish I had read the review about this company beforehand. Watch out for these guys they are thieves. They will give you a quote which is competitive and make you believe that it is a firm offer. After they finish the job, they hand you an additional overpriced bill. They charged me $60 per meter of copper pipe which retails for $10 per meter and $100 for a circuit breaker which retails for $25. Left a whole heap of mess behind after completing the job.
