Lisa is a real gem. I called with a less common request for hardwax oiling. After (sadly) establishing that we live well outside their service area, she went above and beyond sharing other sanding companies that are closer and still could fit our needs. Even after the phone call, she activated her contacts and put us in touch with a very passionate provider who is willing and capable to address our needs and can service where we live. Lisa, Darren and team, thanks so much for all you've done. You first did our floors over 15 years ago, came back and did a small reno, and now again for a bigger reno and a complete re-sand. Our floor looks fantastic (see the before and after shots), and when you say dustless, you mean 100% completely dustless.
