Dr Afshan is lovely. She is very caring and conscientous to her patients.
Had 10 minute appointment. Doctor was only a few minutes late. Primary matter dealt with appropriately. Secondary matter discussed, with agreement for follow-up later. Spot on!
3 stars for ongoing health support over a period of 6 years. Losing one star fo4 time wastage when the centre was closed without any appropriate outgoing message on the phone. Further loss of 1 star for not recognising existing patients with health care benefits and not offering face-to-face consultation and a prepayment before booking tele health conference call.
