Worst, most terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced, when I asked about a service they provide according to their website I was told to F off by Steve, disgusting service by a disgusting excuse for a human, highly recommend to stay away from this place if you value customer service.

With these sorts of things you want to find someone trustworthy and honest. ADWB / Steve has been fantastic throughout the entire experience of selecting and designing a piece. Steve was brilliant to deal with. Response and proactive. He has an excellent range of diamonds, we found an absolute stunner at under market rate. We then provided Steve with a bespoke ring design which was made to perfection and in fact came out better than we had even imagined.
