Just cleaned my teeth yesterday. The process was seamless. It was a $99 hygiene treatment for new patient. Xian made me comfortable, help me understand the process and cleaned my teeth with so much care. I am glad to have done my teeth cleaning here. Thank you. Highly recommended. If you are new customs please go through it.
Really great service and great dentist. I came requesting a comprehensive overview of where things were at with my teeth and what was needed. I asked for overview and X-rays and details etc to be emailed. Dentist was really accomodating, amenable friendly and helpful. Absolutely 5 stars.
This clinic was really great, i managed to get a same day appointment which i had booked around 4pm and was seen by the dentist only around 15-30 minutes later. The staff were all lovely, very friendly and capable. My dentist was also amazing she made me feel extremely comfortable and showed a lot of empathy as I was quite nervous to be there. I recently visited and got my teeth whitened at the Australian Dentist Clinic. The overall experience was pleasant, fast, with hardly any wait time. The staff were also very professional and friendly. In saying this, I had the privilege of having Dr. Tracey as my dentist for my appointment, who was really lovely, thorough, made me feel relaxed and answered all my questions and concerns with care and honesty which I truly appreciated. Doctor Michael and his assistant Ann was absolutely amazing. So gentle and communicated through the whole way through. Best experience I have ever had at a dentist. So kind and such a lovely people. Clinic is very clean, and the front desk lady Valerie was so professional and sweet. Was very accommodating and glorified great service.
