I had a fantastic experience at Australian Dentists Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The clinic is modern, spotless, and has a very comfortable atmosphere. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I recently arrived in Melbourne for the school holidays with the family and unfortunately on arrival had the excruciating pain of a toothache Looking online I found the Australian dentist clinic who even though as a visitor they fitted me in the next day for an appointment. Dentist who treated me in my wisdom teeth removal was kind and courteous. Only thing i feel they can improve is to have conversations on cause, pain and treatment possibilities before treatment than after procedure because once procedure is done, you are in anesthesia and hard to understand instructions. Other than that services are good, my orthodontist was very patient with me as it was my first time getting wisdom teeth removed. Will definitely come back for future treatments.

I went in to have my aching molar checked and the dentist was able to diagnose the problem immediately. She did my xray and noted that the wisdom tooth’s impacting molar so she did a wisdom tooth extraction. The whole procedure only lasted 20 minutes! The extraction wasn’t painful (only pain was with the anaesthesia) and was done fast with precision. And my dentist was really nice & experienced as well. Really good, quick and precise service!

A prompt and straightforward dentist! Dr Xin was kind and explained all the proper steps without making me feel anxious. He also provided simple advice to follow through, after. The receptionists were also patient and nice. Overall, the clinic was easy to find and a clean space! Will definitely be using them again for future services. :)
