One of the worst places to be a patient here! I have been with this company for many years and today was told my script is cancelled due to my mental health... I am on medical cannabis to help my mental health and to be told I'm not allowed it any more has sent me into a bad mental health spiral I am not allowed any other medications. I have done all the right things I was told to do paid my script appointment money to be told no refunds. Again I e been waiting for the gummies prescribed Cambridge said they were not in stock so they advised AAC with no reply so I email them asking them to fix the script only to be told my dr is no longer there & ill need to book another appointment but I only got this script seems we are just $ not patients ive waited 3wks for my gummies & every time I try to order my flowers they are never in stock I was charged for the gummies also only informed at 4:30 that they are not in stock & would arrive in a couple days its been 16 ... read more
Have never had any dramas with gaining an appointment and have been with them for a couple of years now, if you do email the staff they'll resolve your issues, I have only ever experienced great customer service from AAC. Shoutout to Martin, he goes over and above.
