Stay away from ABC at all costs. Extremely unethical and unprofessional. They look after the builders not the owners and do not hand over financial information belonging to the owners. RED FLAG - STAY AWAY This is not at AI response Adam Deng and Pas Daniele, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
The people who works there should have better training in communication with customers, very rude and not professional
The last couple of years with ABC have been well and efficiently managed. I'd lilke to mention Sunny Chan, who has been attentive, responsive and really supportive. Very happy
My son has been slugged yet another levy and trying to get information from his Manager Sunny Chan is like getting blood from a stone. He totally ignores the content of his emails and gives generic responses- almost like AI response! No actual explanation of what the adjustment levy is for or how it is calculated. Nothing in the budget or AGM minutes actually provides any details apart from “brief discussions”. All very vague, unsatisfactory and non transparent.
