I have nothing but praise in recommending Australian Body Corporate to future clients, as I have worked with Robert & his team for many years & have found the managers & affiliated staff to be efficient, professional & understanding of their clients' needs & trades working with them.
I do not recommend this strata management company. During our time with Australian Body Corporate, our Owners Corporation experienced several instances where actions did not align with requirements under the Owners Corporation Act 2006 (Vic): The manager requested owners to sign a document assigning window maintenance to individual owners, despite the subdivision plan (dated 1998) confirming that windows are common property. Rude receptionist. Does not answer the question asked and raises her voice to make her point clear! Maybe she should seek a different role that isn’t client facing as receptionist is to welcome client not be rude to them! She didn’t want to bother spending 2 minutes on the phone to answer a simple question and just wants an email.
