Very disappointed with how my care was handled. While my regular doctor was away, another doctor reduced my prescribed medical cannabis limit from 100g to 60g without any consultation, discussion, or assessment. This kind of decision should not be made without involving the patient, especially when the treatment was already working effectively. It has negatively impacted my ability to manage my condition. I had a positive experience with Australian Access Clinics. The staff were friendly, the appointments ran on time, and the clinicians took the time to listen to my concerns. I appreciate that they were open to discussing treatment options that aren’t commonly offered elsewhere. Highly recommend.
This clinic is great 👍 they do their best to make the process stress free and as efficient as possible. Highly recommended.
I’ve been left high and dry, minus the high. Just lows at the moment. Sad service. Hope they’ll do the right thing and amend prior to official investigation being launched. Have been treated unfairly, and mistreated compared to other WA patients and have other witness accounts to back this up with evidence. They used to be really good. Unsure why I’ve been singled out, misdiagnosed and mistreated. Hoping this can be resolved amicably.
