I’m disappointed with my recent interaction with AACDS student support. While I understand that the request I made may have been difficult to action, the staff member’s tone came across as condescending and dismissive. As students, we reach out to support for guidance, and it’s reasonable to expect a respectful and helpful attitude. I hope this feedback encourages a more student-focused and empathetic approach in future interactions.
