Very bad after sale customer service. Been following up since a month to get a bad inverter replaced and no response.
A quick on-line enquiry from me about an error code was answered with an email with a detailed explanation of the problem and illustrated diagnosis and repair instructions. Thanks Zarah.

Excellent after sales service! My perfectly working solar controller has degraded in the sun over the last 6 years and cracked around the leds and I was worried that water may start to get inside. I called up and they had replacement labels and now it looks brand new again! A+ Before and after photos attached!
