On 9-18-16 Austral Housing inspection was hired by a law office in American Canyon CA to inspect a rental property in Napa CA with the intent to show neglect on the part of the landlord, a senior citizen. I am the daughter of the landlord. The inspection was used in litigation. Due to the litigation, the landlord was not able to enter the rental unit until after the tenants vacated in mid December 2016.
