Amazing and genuine. Came here not long before they were closing with an alternator that was overcharging. Although busy, the owner came out to take a look, and quickly diagnosed a blown fuse and replaced it, answering any questions we had. He was polite and down to earth, and didn't ask for any money for the work. Something you really don't see often, so thank you Austral for saving us a lot of work!
