I have lived here for two years back in 2017 and for two years again from 2023 and just now moving out. I loved both my apartment but more importantly the community. Anytime I had an issue they came and fixed it same day of the next. Very clean environment even though it’s pet friendly never had to deal with animal droppings. Every 6 months they clean the buildings and change filters. They are very informative about when and what is needed of you when routine maintenance and repairs are happening as well. Nice quiet area. Disorganized and slow communication when trying to rent an apartment. I had to pay a $525 deposit twice due to their paperwork mistake and still haven’t seen the refund. They even said they’d raise my rent by $76 a month just for picking up keys a day late. Despite their errors, they were unwilling to be accommodating. The whole process was such a nightmare it turned me away to other properties.
