Disorganized and slow communication when trying to rent an apartment. I had to pay a $525 deposit twice due to their paperwork mistake and still haven’t seen the refund. They even said they’d raise my rent by $76 a month just for picking up keys a day late. Despite their errors, they were unwilling to be accommodating. The whole process was such a nightmare it turned me away to other properties.
I just recently moved here and the customer service is excellent! Crystal has been very helpful and informative. She has made the process very simple!
One of the best priced places in Charlotte at that time at least. The two gorgeous pools were amazing and staff were always prompt answering calls or emails. Best "bang for the buck" in that area by far! Will find the pictures and post! Great fitness center as well!
I have lived here for a total of about 5 years (not consecutively) and have no complaints. Maintenance is super fast, it is pretty quiet and I have had no issues with crime nor pests. Nice place to live if you have dogs, there is a lot of space to walk your dog and a dog park. There are regular events for the residents. Natalie has always quickly resolved any small issue that has come up and the property manager Ronisha is very pleasant. I know managing a community is no easy task, but they do a great job.
