We recently had to have our blinds repaired that are no longer under warranty and no longer in stock! The team was very pleasant and was able to fix them for us. I inquired about some new parts that I wanted to replace. Collin graciously got in touch with the warehouse and got me the parts I needed free of charge. I did not ask him to do this I only inquired about how much they would cost. I thought that was excellent customer service on their part!
We had a malfunction with one of our motorized shades and I called Austintatious. Collin walked we through getting the shade down for delivery to the showroom for repair. That repair was completed within 3 days at a fair price. Excellent service!
The staff at Austintatious are truly knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to listen and help me find exactly what would look and work best for our needs. For the first time in more than 10 years, we needed service on one of the Hunter Douglas electric shades we purchased from Austintatious. Service was very prompt at a very reasonable price. We’re all set for another 10 years with these excellent shades!
