0 stars. Peggy is very arrogant and rude. Tried to give financial loan advice that was absolutely not true. Got very angry when she was told the requirements needed to procure a commercial loan. Don't waste your time or money here, you'll be doing yourself a favor.
Best place I've ever lived in. Great location and reasonably priced. The apt is located next to the river as well as a lot of food options. Anytime anything has been broken the landlord has made sure to go above and beyond to make sure it gets repaired.
Been renting from Peggy for over a year now and we absolutely love our place out in Canyon lake
