It took some time to complete the work, but the leak was thoroughly fixed. Austin was polite and professional, taking the time to explain everything, including how to care for the issue in the future.
Despite having an appointment set, I did not receive any follow-up communication from this company, nor did anyone return my call regarding the status of my service request. As a business, I would expect at least a courtesy call within 24 hours of scheduling, especially if there were any delays or changes. I have not yet used the service, but the lack of communication raises concerns about the reliability of their customer support.
