This is the first we have been to the new restaurant and it was great. Service , atmosphere and food was great.
Easter Sunday, Chicken parmesan came out naked, stark white, small handful of pasta. 2calls to restaurant for mgr - no reply. Server poured Tea over my cousins water. She admitted to doing that "all the time". 2 weeks now still no messages or calls from Austin's. ? Anybody?
I went into Austins for the first time Saturday night. It was the best steak I have eaten in a long time and the prices were reasonable. I will for sure be coming back!!
With a dinner party of 17 people on February 6th,2009 a filet mignon that was ordered medium came out very rare. The waiter was notified and he brought it back to the kitchen. It was brought back out almost as rare. I mean red in the middle, not even pink. I informed him that he needed to comp this one meal as everyone else was more than half finished.
