We have used Austin's Lawn Care since 2010. Austin took our lawn from drabby and shabby to absolutely awesome! He and his staff always take the time to tell me what they've done, why, and how I'm supposed to care for my yard! Our HOA uses Austin's Lawn Care for our subdivision. The public areas always look SO nice and the staff is always smiling and courteous. LOVE seeing their truck in our neck of the woods!! We decided last year to have them put down mulch and WOW. What a treat to drive up and see our yard look like a million bucks with no effort on our part. Typically we would spend an entire weekend buying, transporting and laying mulch ourselves. Beyond horrible customer service. Can't keep a schedule and when we finally got upset about it, they asked for payment. About an hour after we said we would not pay UNTIL we could see work done, they cancelled again. We paid over $130 to have our yard bagged and cut short ( as Austin's requested) THEN they texted from our front yard and postponed and then blamed the rain for postponing again.
