I needed a refrigerator for a second residence pretty quick, but for some reason all the places I looked, were out of stock & couldn't order. I was looking for something around $500. or less. Just a plain 17cubic ft. with no bells or whistles. I found Austin's online & decided to try. The woman I talked to was very helpful even though they were low on stock. We just purchased the KitchenAid "5 door" refrigerator. Love the frig and totally impressed with the service. We have purchased more appliances than I can count, never can I recall anyone educating me on the features, running the water through to flush the filter and lines, and totally setting everything up the way these men did. So nice to not have to spend the next hour reading the manual and figuring it all out. I was impressed with the service, time spent explaining the product I was interested in. No sales gimmicks, easy to talk to. This is our 3rd appliance from them. The installation guys were terrific. As a special note, we had a manufacture problem with one of the appliances, one call to them, immediate attention and follow up, great after sale service.

Love dealing with a locally owned business. We needed a fridge and Tom helped us find a great KitchenAid that would fit the dimensions we needed. I liked them so much, I went back and purchased a Maytag washer/dryer set before the sale ended!
