We ordered a bed at AFO and when it was delivered we realized WE had ordered the wrong size!!! AFO was amazing! They took the bed apart (minutes after putting it up), packed it up, took it back & ordered us a new one. No additional charges, no hesitation. This was not our first purchase there & it won’t be our last!! BTW- our delivery guys were also very nice & professional! — with Bob Kramm.
We purchased a couch and desk. The best customer service and great quality furniture. The guys delivered it and made sure everything was working properly before they left. We will be back to purchase other items.

we love our bedroom suite except our new mattress already had large dips in it, I guess we should have got a firm mattress instead of a pillow top. our bedroom suite is made to last!
We had been to a few other stores first, but being accosted by sales people makes me leave in a hurry. We had a great experience at AFO, we were not ignored (because that is also bad), but we were left to shop and test couches out in peace. Not to mention, there were puppies! We got a great price, and had our new couch in about a week- which is so much faster than the other stores’ timelines as well! I’m only disappointed that the little pup was not delivered with my couch!

I’ve been shopping here since 2012. I have bought most of my furniture from Carlos (and Adam) and have never been disappointed. They will work hard to find you something within your budget and style. I just picked up another piece today! These guys (and pups) are my fav. 😊
Love this store, great customer service and selection. Highly recommend them over the high pressure big box companies. Austin and his crew delivered after our working hours and were extremely professional in the entire delivery and installation process. Could not be happier supporting a local business that provides such good quality of product and service, thank you!
