Excellent experience. Shop early because ordering takes longer due to Covid, but it was worth the wait - the entire process was smooth from ordering to delivery and setup! No pushy sales from an honest family owned company!
Highly recommend! I took a deep breath before we walked in, in preparation to be descended upon like every furniture buying experience I’ve ever had. But not here! Friendly staff asked a few times if we needed help as we wandered around and then left us alone to explore. Our estimated delivery for our bedroom set was about three months out but he was honest and said it could be a little sooner, could be a little later. I’ve purchased twice from this business, & always will. First living room set I still own and it’s been 5 years with wear and tear of multiple kids & still in excellent condition. The newest item I purchased was a sofa chaise & it is firm yet comfortable. Not a cheap piece, but scored at such a good price. Definitely a business recommended to all.
We have purchased several items from Austin’s Furniture Outlet over the years and have been pleased with every item. I recently purchased a sleeper sofa and Carlos was so helpful and made my visit very easy and pleasant. I will use them again in the future.
