Living proof of the Pareto Rule that 80% of the trouble comes from the last 20% of the job. While sales and planning were originally smooth the problems broke out in the last few days right before we were scheduled to move into the house. First they delayed several days and then they ran out of tiles --- no wonders looking at how they were cutting them!!
