I talked to Rita on the phone, we met the next day. Even though, yes, it's a business. Rita Everstine treated us with honesty, courtesy, a true pleasure. Even helped me with information about other things I need to take care of. I hope this helps you , to check Austin's Jewelers in Spokane, Wa. , out. I get my ring back in two weeks. Wow
