West Elm prices for Ikea quality construction all my stuff had to be assembled missing pieces missing instructions all made in China terrible quality. They bait you with trying to leave a review before they deliver the goods. Very sneaky! Part of my order is still missing from nearly a month ago.
Extremely bad customer service. Sectional and dinning chairs were delivered with damaged. They refused to replace the damaged sectional, instead they sent a leather repair guy after 40 days of calling and complaining. Corey and brian both screen their calls and refuse to return calls. Bad customer service is an understatement. They constantly told me lies about order.
Absolutely love Austin's Couch Potatoes! Buying furniture is usually stressful for me-- but it was such an easy/pleasant process with them. We bought 20 chairs for our office and all employees were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Love the product, people, and process. Thank you!
