Very polite, gets the job done efficiently, let's you know exactly what's going on with your computer while he's working on it, and it's reasonably priced. Highly recommend for all computer needs
Never answers the phone and the voice mail is full can’t leave a message and hasn’t responded to a text yet. Disappointing to say the least. Has good reviews for his service, but not being able to get a hold of him is a killer. If I could have given a zero, I would. When you have a service you are trying to sell and promote, accessibility is key, especially for a small home based business. We get being busy, but not even responding is a killer. Guess I will look else where now.
